Were you fixing engines before you could even ride a bike

At Granuband, we’re not looking for someone with a stack of diplomas. We’re looking for someone who knows machines. Someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and can hear when something’s off. The kind of person who doesn’t need to read a manual to understand what needs fixing.

 

About us

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping our machines running smoothly

  • Doing maintenance, solving malfunctions, and fixing problems before they escalate

  • Working with hydraulic systems, conveyor belts, shredders, presses and more

  • Communicating directly with production colleagues to solve things on the spot

  • Joining the on-call rotation for breakdown service (in consultation)

 

What we’re looking for

  • No fancy diplomas needed — experience and insight matter more

  • Maybe you grew up on a farm, or in a garage, fixing things from a young age

  • You’re not afraid of dirt or hard work

  • You can hear, see and feel when a machine isn’t running right

  • You’re a practical problem solver who takes initiative

  • Some knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical work is a bonus

  • You speak decent Dutch or English and like a straightforward work culture
