Amsterdam · 40 hours per week
For our client Granuband we are seeking a Production Worker Tiles; someone who prefers working with their hands rather than sitting behind a desk, ready to work hard and see real results. In our team you’ll turn old car tyres into rubber tiles — physical work, accomplished as a crew.
What you’ll do
-
In a team of 3-4 you’ll press, lift, and manage machines to turn tyres into rubber tiles.
-
Operate presses, monitor quality and safety.
-
Be ready for physical work: expect some muscle soreness your first week — followed by a sense of achievement.
-
Work in a 3-shift or 2-shift schedule (depending on roster). Weekends free once your final shift of the week is done.
What’s in it for you
-
Good salary + shift allowance: 18.5% for 3 shifts, 13% for 2 shifts.
-
40-hour full-time contract (no part-time).
-
Pension from day one, holiday pay, minimum 25 days off.
-
Workwear and safety shoes provided.
-
Growth possibilities: from press operator to machine/robot operator.
-
Energy-filled, friendly team where work gets done — and laughter too.
What we ask
-
You are physically fit and don’t mind heavy work (you’ll see it as a plus, not a burden).
-
You learn fast and you’re keen to work with machines.
-
You have your own transport (car, scooter or bike) — location: Westpoort, Amsterdam, public transit tricky in shift work.
-
You’re a team player and can work independently when needed.
